Truly
Deeply
Caring

When an individual becomes self empowered to take care of themselves, they naturally take care of everything else.
Welcome to Core Care Consultancy
We are all about redefining care and redefining Health Care so that we all can build foundations of true health.
Core Care Consultancy is a preventative health initiative, demonstrating that care of oneself is at the core of true health and wellbeing.
It begins with the individual bringing a way of living that cares and supports the individual at home, work or business. The effect of this is that it nurtures the natural responsibility, integrity and commitment that is at the core of every individual. This leads to supporting any business, department, office or hospital that in turn supports the community and ultimately public health.
The health and wellbeing of each individual has an impact on the family, friends, workplace, the community and public health resources.

Responsibility sits at the heart of self-care.
Through workplace presentations and forums, we demonstrate how ‘self care’ is the core of true health, offering the possible understanding as to why there is a rise in communicable / lifestyle diseases.

The health benefits of self care of the individual is potentially enormous and it has exponential benefits on the public heath system in terms of reducing the dependency to ‘fix’ a health problem and not drain an already under resourced sector.
There is no ‘quick’ fix in re-defining health and well being but Core Care Consultancy is about building a foundation from the bottom up, presenting another way to tackle the challenges faced in homes and workplaces everywhere.
